The NOVA Research Office organizes the first NOVA Science Day on September 10th at the Rectorate of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. The event is mainly targeted at Professors, Researchers and Doctoral students of NOVA, so they can know all the scientific areas of Research existing in this University and the work that has been carried out by other colleagues and PhD students.

As keynote speakers, we will have the Director-General of European Comission for Research, Science and Innovation, Dr Jean-Eric Paquet, and the Minister for Science, Technology and Higher Education, Professor Manuel Heitor. We will also present the Santander Totta-NOVA Collaborative Research award, by the Executive President of Santander Totta Portugal, Dr. António Vieira Monteiro, regarding the 2017/2018 edition in the Life Sciences domain.
